Reservations
Rental Rates:
- $120 per night for two people
(OFF SEASON)
Sept 15 - May 15 - $195 per night for two people
(REGULAR SEASON)
May 16 - June 30 & Aug 1 - Sept 14 - Minimum $250 per night (PEAK SEASON) July
- $20 extra per additional adult or child
- Plus 5% tax
- Sturgis Rally Week is priced separately.
Policies and Other Fees:

- Check out: 10:00am
- Payment Options: Wire Transfer; Cashiers Check; Personal Check; Bank Cards
- 3 night minimum otherwise $50 cleaning fee will be added
Cancellations and Refunds:
All rents are non-refundable and paid in advance. 50% is due at the time we confirm your reservation, 50% due 30 days prior to your arrival. After you have made your final payment, if it is necessary for you to cancel (within 30 days of arrival) we will provide you with another reservation of your choice at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Deposits:
We require a fully refundable $500 cleaning/damage deposit. It is paid at the time you check in. The full deposit is refunded within 7 days of departure if you leave the cottage in the same manner as it was when you arrived. If repairs or extra cleaning is required the balance of your deposit, if any, is refunded within 30 days of departure.
